Welcome to our Rival Fantasy NBA DFS prop picks for Monday, April 24th, 2023. Just two games tonight and both series are locked in for at least a Game 5. The longer each series lasts, the more we have to consider fatigue and injuries heading into the next round of the postseason.

RIVAL Over/Under Picks
With only two games Monday and options will be limited, but injuries have opened doors for certain betting lanes to thrive. No Giannis Antetokounmpo puts Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday at the forefront of Milwaukee’s attack, and the Grizzlies will be fine regardless if Ja Morant decides to play or not.
Jaren Jackson Jr. UNDER 39.37 fantasy points
You can put Desmond Bane here if you want and a lot of bettors don’t need to be sold on him hitting his over tonight. However, Jaren Jackson Jr. is an entirely different story since he seems to fall into the void of production-less…ness…more times than not.
It’s hard to take the under against players with big-game potential, but we see how this series is going. Even if Morant doesn’t play it doesn’t automatically put Jackson Jr. at the top of the totem pole.
Jackson Jr. is too smart of a player to chase stats at the expense of defense and Anthony Davis is requiring more defense than the Grizzlies have to offer.
Bobby Portis OVER 31.1 fantasy points
If Giannis plays this play is pretty much scrapped. It’s obvious the importance of Bobby Portis when he has a full workload and even off the bench he still manages to post fairly big numbers.
Sadly, playing behind Antetokounmpo puts just enough variance on this pick where it’s just too shaky for my liking. The Heat dominated the last game and Portis wasn’t able to make much of his nine shot attempts, much like the rest of the Bucks roster, but he grabbed double-digit rebounds and he’s posting defensive stats as well.
If Giannis plays, the upside likely won’t be there for Portis and this is slowly turning into a prime time to snag the under for risk-takers.
D'Angelo Russell OVER 30.89 fantasy points
LeBron James and Anthony Davis playing as well as they are makes it easy for a quality point guard like D’Angelo Russell to produce without actually doing much.
As long as Russell keeps initiating, his floor is going to remain extremely high. Game 2 is easily his floor and that’s not bad for the maybe third in line on offense.
His projected is fairly high, but he’s posting across the board stats and those add up quickly when you’re also a proven scorer, especially in the playoffs.
Kyle Lowry UNDER 22.76 fantasy points
Kyle Lowry was looking like he was going to be the unsung hero of this year’s playoffs. Lately, that hasn’t been the case although it’s great to see that the potential is still there. We just won’t be betting on it.
The 27 minutes he played last game was the most he’s played since the play-in and his efficiency helped keep the Bucks at bay from start to finish.
Since there are still some questions about who will be available this game, it’s safe to say that any increase in effort or intensity isn’t going to help Lowry’s case.
