The Cook Out 400 was ran at Richmond Raceway this past Sunday, and it was Chris Buescher who ended up in victory lane at the end of the day and locking himself into this year's Playoffs field.
Buescher had the 6th-best Average Running Position during the race (7.28). Denny Hamlin, who finished in 2nd-place, led the way in Average Running Position (3.78) followed by the 23XI teammates of Tyler Reddick (4.33) and Bubba Wallace (5.00). They finished in 16th- and 12th-place, respectively.
Of the top 5 finishers in the race, Joey Logano, who ended up with a 4th-place result, had the worst Average Running Position at 10.82, which was 10th-best in the rankings.
