BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team PPR Leagues

ANALYSIS: The New England Patriots backfield is a mess, it has been so for a while, and nobody is changing that. That being said, though, we can try and successfully find the better options coming from it. And the answer to that question is Rex Burkhead, the veteran pass-catching back.
All of Damien Harris, Sony Michel, and J.J. Taylor (pure rushers, that is) have and will keep seeing a very volatile volume of touches weekly. On the pass-catching duties, though, James White is losing ground to Burkhead and the latter is also getting his fair share of rushing attempts these days, too.
Burkhead had 12+ opportunities in the first three games of the season but then had three more games topping at 8. In the last two weeks, though, he's logged 15 and 11 opportunities, with 12 and 6 via carries. Burkhead is not an incredibly great rusher but he's reached 267 yards on 63 rushing attempts on the season (4.1 Y/C) while scoring 3 TDs, and excels on pass-catching duties with 187 receiving yards on 23 receptions (8.13 Y/R) and 3 more scores.
With White playing fewer snaps and getting fewer opportunities by the week, and Burkhead's efficient game, Rex makes for a good FLEX addition in (mostly) PPR leagues for needy fantasy GMs in deeper leagues going forward.
