BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice had several off-field legal issues during the offseason, which made it difficult to project his fantasy production. However, on Wednesday afternoon, Mark Maske of the Washington Post reported that the NFL is planning on making their decision on a potential suspension once the legal process plays out, which now opens the door for the 24-year-old to suit up for Week 1.
The SMU product had a very successful rookie campaign and continued to develop as the season went on. From Week 12 to Week 18, Rice averaged 18.8 PPR points, 86.3 yards, and 7.2 receptions each game. During this span, he exceeded 20 PPR points three times.
His underlying metrics were quite strong as he finished in the top 97th percentile among all wideouts with an average of 8.5 yards after the catch and was targeted on 22.7% of his routes which put him in the top 80th percentile.

While Rice could eventually face a suspension for his off-field actions, fantasy managers should feel confident putting him in their lineup as he should continue to serve as the alpha wideout in Kansas City for the time being.

BALLER MOVE: Start In All Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: RB2 ANALYSIS: The consensus is that George Pickens has benefitted the most from Pittsburgh's move from Justin Fields to Russell Wilson. Marvin Harrison Jr. - Week 10 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Consider in 12+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3 ANALYSIS: The Arizona Cardinals run at the eighth-highest rate in the league. Kyler Murray - Week 10 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Consider in 14+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: QB2 ANALYSIS: The Cardinals prefer to lean on James Conner and the running game on offense.
