BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: By the time Odell Beckham Jr. got injured in Week 7, Rashard Higgins had already taken on the WR3 role in the Browns offense. Higgins wasn't much of a factor in the first two weeks of the season, but starting in Week 5 he has played 55+ percent of the team's snaps every single game since, topping at 49 snaps this past Sunday when he had his best performance of the year.
Higgins was targeted 9 times against Tennessee, catching 6 of those passes for 95 yards and a score. He hadn't racked up more yards since Week 7 (110), and he also scored his first TD since Week 6. All in all, Higgins' 21.5 PPR points made him the WR8 of the slate, which is far from bad and what we should expect from a WR2 (Higgins' current role in Cleveland's offense).
While Higgins is not a weekly 20-PPR-point scorer, he's not a 3-PPR-point-floor guy either (he had such scores in W8 and W12). You can consider Higgins a WR3 with an expected average score of around 8-to-12 points with upside for more but also the risk of dropping to ground-level performances.
Cleveland has a tough matchup against Baltimore next week (7th-best defense against fantasy WRs) but after that, the Browns face the 15th- and 23rd-best defenses against the position. You might want to avoid risks this next week, but Higgins should be a sound FLEX play in W15 and W16 that could help you win the fantasy chip if you get that far into the postseason.
