BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 26% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Many fantasy owners - yours truly included - entered 2019 with high hopes for Ramon Laureano. His blend of pop, speed, and plate discipline made him easy to dream on, while his defensive ability in center field assured him of everyday at-bats. A slow start at the plate, however, led to the 24-year-old landing on a lot of waiver wires.
Fortunately, Laureano has rebounded from those early struggles. Over the last 30 days, he's hitting .296/.330/.541 with five home runs and three stolen bases, along with respectable run production (particularly for hitting in the bottom third of the lineup). Overall, he's pacing toward a 20 HR/15 SB/85 R season and has pulled his batting average up to a palatable .260.
The community has been slow to forgive Laureano for stumbling out of the gate, so you can still add him for free in nearly three-quarters of Yahoo leagues at the moment.
