PROSPECT: Quinn Priester, SP, Pittsburgh Pirates
ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh Pirates top prospect Quinn Priester will make his MLB debut on Monday against the Cleveland Guardians. The Pirates' No. 4 prospect owns a mediocre 4.31 ERA, 1.36 WHIP, and 84:35 K/BB ratio in Triple-A this season, but the Bucs need pitching help immediately and are hoping Priester can give them that.
For now, it is best to leave the rookie on the waiver wire in redraft leagues outside of NL-only and 15-teamers. He makes for a risky streaming option on Monday, even with a good matchup.
VERDICT: Fantasy managers need to keep a close eye on the 22-year-old, though, as he has some upside for the rest of the season.
