ANALYSIS: Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston was a disappointment as a rookie, catching 38 passes for 431 yards and two touchdowns. That led many to think the former TCU star was a bust. Three games into his second season, that line of thinking appears to have been wrong.

Johnston has already found pay dirt three times in 2024, as he's proven to be a strong end-zone threat for the Chargers. While he was targeted a season-low two times this week, he caught both of them for 44 yards and a touchdown.
He might not explode for a ton of yards based on how the Chargers have been using him, but his ability to score touchdowns makes him a high-upside fantasy option. He's likely going to have some bust weeks still, but if he continues to be a red zone threat, then he'll be worth flex consideration.
