Welcome to our PrizePicks PGA DFS prop picks for the Wyndham Championship (Round 2). The golf season is in full swing, and PrizePicks has an extensive selection of props for us to take advantage of! PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or singular stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest-to-win PGA DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit of up to $100.
This week, we're at Sedgefield Country Club for the Wyndham Championship! We saw a wet course at Sedgefield today as the area was hit heavy with rain . As a result, the course played a little tougher than expected with only 34 players shooting lower than 68. It looks like showers will continue through part of the morning wave and then it will clear up for the afternoon. I and the entire Rotoballer PGA staff have put out 1,000s of words on the course, key stats, and field this week, so this article won't be focused on the minutiae of projecting outright winners or DFS pivot plays. Instead, I'll be solely focused on a few money-making opportunities I've found in PrizePicks' unique markets to help you build your bankroll as the PGA Tour season gets into full swing! Today's plays are specifically for round two on Friday, August 4th.

Si Woo Kim LESS than 67.5 Strokes
What a day it was for Si Woo Kim, who carded an even par 70 in round one. Kim finished the day 15th in the field in strokes gained tee to green but was an abysmal 148th out of 156 players in strokes gained putting. While the South Korean isn't typically a strong putter, he was tough to watch out there today even by his standards. I expect the putter to be better (it can't possibly be worse) tomorrow and some of those close birdie looks to drop.
On top of that, there's a lot to love about Si Woo Kim's history at Sedgefield Country Club. He withdrew last year after round three, but in the five years prior his results are tough to top. In five starts he made four cuts, finishing 1st, 5th, 3rd and 2nd. The guy absolutely loves this course. This is a Si Woo track through and through and I'd be shocked to see him miss the weekend. I believe 67 or better is a safe play for tomorrow.
J.T. Poston LESS than 67.5 Strokes
J.T. Poston shot a (-5)65 in round one. The Postman struggled hitting fairways for a stretch of the day but seemed to find his way toward the end of the round. The Carolina kid felt right at home with his irons today, finishing round one ninth in the field in strokes gained approach. If Poston continues to find fairways and hit his irons the way he did today, he can go very low. He finished just 42nd in the field today in strokes gained putting which is typically the strong suit of his game. If that picks up, I'd expect another low round.
Similar to Si Woo Kim, Poston is a past champ at this event. In 2019 he picked up his first PGA Tour win at this venue so it holds a special place in his heart. Since then Poston has been a bit of a mixed bag here but he did finish T21 last season. Down the stretch of last season Poston got hot and got himself all the way to the Tour Championship at East Lake. With the playoffs beginning next week, let's see if he can tap into Playoff Poston mode and make another run.

Justin Thomas MORE than 68.0 Strokes
Another week, another Justin Thomas fade. At this point, it's almost a lock. I mean Thomas is completely lost and it seems like playing every week is only making it worse. Until he takes some time off to get his head straight, JT is an auto fade for me.
Thomas once again hit the ball well off the tee, finishing 13th in the field in strokes gained off the tee. He wasted the good off the tee round with horrendous iron play. Thomas lost just under a stroke on approach, finishing 87th in the field on the day. Thomas also lost strokes putting, shocking I know. I can't keep up with which new putting method he's going with this week but it doesn't seem to be working so far and there's no reason to expect that to change tomorrow.

- Billy Horschel LESS than 68.5 Strokes
- Matt Kuchar MORE than 69.0 Strokes
