NFL DFS Picks for Week 13
Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for "point per reception," meaning every reception is worth one point. Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point. If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.
Derrick Henry more than 85.5 rushing yards - Running the ball is how the Titans have been winning games and Henry is obviously a huge part of that. He has eclipsed this total in three of his previous five games and has a tremendous matchup in this one against the Eagles. The Eagles have allowed an average of over 120 rushing yards per game to running backs over their previous four games. The Titans will almost assuredly come out and attempt to establish the run early with Henry in order to keep the Eagles' soaring offense off the field, which is a big piece in taking the more than here.
Josh Jacobs more than 90.5 rushing yards - Jacobs has the best matchup on the board of any running back this week as he will be up against a Chargers defense that has allowed running backs to average over 142 rushing yards per game over their previous four games. This is also a number that Jacobs has hit in each of his previous two contests. The spread in this game is also only two points, so it is very feasible that the Raiders will be able to run the ball well into the fourth quarter.
Garrett Wilson more than 60.5 receiving yards - Wilson has been flat-out balling as he has now gone over this total in three of his previous four games. he also has Mike White at the helm, who targeted him a total of eight times last week against the Chicago Bears. This week, he will be up against a Vikings defense that has allowed an average of over 195 receiving yards per game to wide receivers over their previous four games.
A.J. Brown more than 74.5 receiving yards - While the Titans will certainly look to come out running against a weaker Eagles' run defense, the Eagles will almost certainly look to get the ball moving through the air against a Titans defense that has struggled mightily against the pass this season. On the whole, Tennessee has allowed the sixth-most yards to wide receivers. Brown has been a favorite target of Jalen Hurts as he has averaged eight targets per game this season. This is also a revenge spot for Brown, who adamantly expressed his disdain for the way things ended between him and the Titans.
