PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks is a great DFS picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.
On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for "point per reception," meaning every reception is worth one point.
Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points, and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point.
If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now, let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.

James Conner LESS than 55.5 rushing yards
James Conner and the Cardinals have a very tough matchup against the 49ers in Week 4. Over the first three weeks of the season, the 49ers have allowed an average of just 37 rushing yards per game to the running back position, which ranks the best in the NFL. Although Conner has eclipsed this total in three straight games to begin the 2023 campaign, he has yet to face a defense this stout, obviously.
The Cardinals will also enter this game as double-digit underdogs, which should drastically reduce the amount of opportunities Conner will have to carry the ball. The PrizePicks Optimizer also loves this play as it has been given a 56.14% chance of hitting as of this writing.
Christian McCaffrey MORE than 81.5 rushing yards
Christian McCaffrey has been dynamite to begin the season as he has rushed for 85 or more yards in each of his first three games, including rushing for over 100 yards in both Weeks 1 and 2. This week, he will be up against a Cardinals defense that has allowed nearly 100 rushing yards per game to the running back position. This comes with them having big leads in each of their first two games.
The Cardinals have also allowed an average of over four yards per carry to the running back position, which certainly helps CMC's case here. Add in the fact that the Niners are double-digit favorites and you have a recipe for success as McCaffrey is likely to carry the ball a bit more later in the game.
Keenan Allen MORE than 85.5 receiving yards
Keenan Allen makes yet another appearance in this article, and for good reason. He has seen a whopping 39 targets through the first three games, and this number should only continue to grow with Mike Williams being out for the season with a torn ACL. He is coming off of a Week 3 performance in which he hauled in 18 (!) of 20 targets for 215 receiving yards.
This week, he will be up against a Raiders defense that has allowed 427 receiving yards to the wide receiver position. Austin Ekeler also remains questionable for this game. If he is eventually ruled out, Allen will be the no-doubt primary weapon for Justin Herbert against the Raiders. Allen should also be a staple in DFS lineups this week and has a great shot to once again eclipse this total.
Other Recommendations: Mac Jones MORE than 8.5 rushing yards
