PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks is a great DFS picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.
On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for "point per reception," meaning every reception is worth one point.
Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points, and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point.
If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now, let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.

Garrett Wilson MORE than 60.5 receiving yards
Garrett Wilson has eclipsed this total in five of his previous eight games and is coming off of a nine-reception, 108-yard receiving day against the Texans last week. Wilson has averaged over 11 targets per game since Week 8 and is far and away the most targeted receiver on this Jets offense.
He will be up against a Dolphins defense that has allowed an average of over 150 receiving yards per game to wide receivers. They have also allowed a total of 11 wide receivers to eclipse this total in 2023, including a seven-reception, 124-yard receiving day from DeAndre Hopkins on Monday Night Football just last week.
Matthew Stafford MORE than 265.5 passing yards
This is a great matchup for Matthew Stafford and the Rams' passing attack. On the season, the Washington Commanders have allowed the fourth-most total passing yards to the quarterback position. They have also allowed an average of 278 passing yards per game to the position. Stafford has thrown for 270 or more passing yards in two straight games and has eclipsed this total in six total games this season.
Puka Nacua MORE than 67.5 receiving yards
Pairing up Stafford with one of his top targets seems like a good move in this game and Puka Nacua has a very achievable prop total this week. He has eclipsed this total in three of his previous four games as well as in nine total games this season.
He has also seen seven or more targets in every single game this season, even with the return of Cooper Kupp. Add in the fact that the Commanders have allowed the most total receiving yards to the wide receiver position while allowing an average of nearly 200 receiving yards per game, and you have a solid recipe for success with this play.
Christian McCaffrey MORE than 88.5 rushing yards
We had great success last week with McCaffrey as he carried the ball 16 times for 145 rushing yards against the Seattle Seahawks. Now, he will be up against the Arizona Cardinals, who have allowed the second-most total rushing yards to the running back position this season. They have allowed an average of nearly 121 rushing yards per game and an average of nearly 4.5 yards per carry to running backs.
McCaffrey has rushed for more than this total in four of his previous five games while averaging nearly 18 carries per game. The 49ers will enter this contest as nearly two-touchdown favorites as well, so McCaffrey should see plenty of work to help salt this game away.
