PrizePicks is a great DFS picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.
On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.
The second game is known as Single Stat, which consists of specific props (catches, yards, touchdowns, etc.) in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total.
You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!
NFL DFS Props - Over/Under Picks for Week 16 Saturday Slate
Joe Mixon MORE than 49.5 rushing yards
Quite frankly, this number is set a tad low for Joe Mixon, who has eclipsed this total in three of his previous five games. Just last week, Zack Moss's rushing total was set at 72.5 yards, so Mixon is being completely disrespected here. He has averaged 15 carries per game over the previous five weeks and should be heavily involved in a game the Bengals are favored by 2.5 points. The Steelers have also allowed an average of over 104 rushing yards per game to the running back position this season.
Josh Allen MORE than 242.5 passing yards
Josh Allen and the Bills' passing attack should be able to have their way with this Chargers defense. On the season, the Chargers have allowed the most total passing yards to the quarterback position. They have also allowed the most passing yards per game to the quarterback while allowing an average of over 282 passing yards per game.
Josh Allen has eclipsed this total in five of his previous eight games. Although the Bills are huge 12-point favorites in this game, they will still likely move the ball through the air against such a porous defense.
James Cook MORE than 23.5 receiving yards
James Cook has been a machine in recent weeks as he has averaged nearly 137 scrimmage yards over the previous five games. He has also averaged over 44 receiving yards per game over the previous five games while eclipsing this total in four of those five games. Cook will also be up against a Chargers defense that has allowed an average of nearly 49 receiving yards per game to the running back position, which ranks second-worst in the league this season.
