PrizePicks is a great DFS picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.
On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.
The second game is known as Single Stat, which consists of specific props (catches, yards, touchdowns, etc.) in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total.
You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!
NFL DFS Props - Over/Under Picks for TNF
Mitch Trubisky LESS than 180.5 passing yards
This game has all the makings of a dud with two inept offenses and a total that is currently sitting at an even 30 points. Both these defenses have been solid this season and we are likely to see both offenses struggle here. Trubisky will be up against a Patriots defense that has allowed the 13th-fewest total passing yards on the season. The Patriots have also allowed an average of just 234 passing yards per game. Just last week, New England managed to hold Justin Herbert to a measly 212 passing yards on 37 attempts. This is a tough spot for Trubisky and the Steelers.
Jaylen Warren MORE than 17.5 rec yards
Jaylen Warren should be relatively active in this game on the ground and through the air as he has seen an average of nearly 14 touches per game over the previous five weeks. He has also eclipsed this total in four of the previous five games while missing it by eight yards last week against the Cardinals. Although the Patriots are allowing just 3.3 yards per carry to the running back position on the season, they have given up 391 receiving yards on 57 receptions to running backs. Keep in mind that Warren has averaged 97 scrimmage yards per game over the previous five weeks, so we are getting a rather hefty discount on this prop.
Ezekiel Elliott MORE than 59.5 rushing yards
PrizePicks has yet to release props for the Patriots, likely since their injury report is still in flux. That being said, I would anticipate this number opening up somewhere between 50-60 rushing yards on Ezekiel Elliott. Elliott should once again be the feature back with Rhamondre Stevenson expected to miss this game with an ankle injury.
Elliott had seen an average of just over nine carries per game in Weeks seven through 12, but he managed to rack up 17 carries in last week's game once Stevenson went down. If he sees anywhere near this workload, he should be able to eclipse this total. On the season, Pittsburgh has allowed an average of nearly 102 rushing yards per game to the running back position. They have also allowed an average of 4.2 yards per carry to running backs, so they have definitely proven to be vulnerable against the run and should be attacked here by New England.
Other Recommendations: Allen Robinson MORE than 1.5 receptions, Chris Boswell MORE than 1.5 field goals made
