PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks is a great DFS picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.
On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for "point per reception", meaning every reception is worth one point.
Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points, and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point.
If you ever have questions, you can always click the "scoring chart" option above the player selections for each contest. Now, let's get to some solid fantasy score props for this week.

Josh Allen less than 262.5 passing yards
This could be a bit tricky as Josh Allen is more than capable of eclipsing this mark; however, he failed to eclipse this total in seven regular season games in 2022, two of which came against the Jets. In fact, he only totaled 352 passing yards against the Jets last season in his two starts.
This is very understandable as the Jets ranked the fourth-best in terms of passing yards per game allowed to the quarterback position. They allowed an average of just 207 passing yards per game. This game figures to be a bit of a defensive battle as well as both teams come in with strong defenses with the total being set at roughly 46 points.
James Cook more than 48.5 rushing yards
This play falls in line with thinking that the Bills may have to rely a bit more on the run considering how good the Jets were and are expected to be against the pass. Aside from Allen, James Cook will figure to be the feature back in this Bills offense and he has a solid shot to supplant himself as such in this game on Monday night.
In 2022, the Jets allowed running backs to average just over 97 rushing yards per game, which ranked them in the bottom half of the league.
Stefon Diggs more than 69.5 receiving yards
While I do like Josh Allen to go under his passing prop, this number is set just a tad low for Stefon Diggs - even when you consider he will see a heavy dose of Sauce Gardner.
This is still a number Diggs eclipsed in one of his two matchups against the Jets in 2023 when he hauled in five receptions for 93 receiving yards in Week 9. This is also a number that Diggs eclipsed in 11 of 16 regular season games in 2022 while averaging over nine targets per game.
Allen Lazard more than 38.5 receiving yards
Although Garrett Wilson will be the focal point of this game for fantasy purposes as he is the most talented receiver on this Jets roster, Allen Lazard should be able to have a decent game given his recent history with Aaron Rodgers.
In 2022, Lazard saw 100 targets with Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay. He managed to eclipse this total in 11 of 15 games played, including three of four games after the bye week. The Bills are also slightly favored in this game, which could lead to some additional passing by Rodgers and the Jets.
