Hello everybody and welcome! The 2022 MLB All-Star Break has officially ended and we here at Rotoballer are ready to kick off the second half of the season with some terrific plays with our friends over at PrizePicks.
PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best, and easiest to win, MLB DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

MLB DFS Prop Picks for 7/26/22
Keegan Thompson over 4.5 strikeouts - Thompson has a solid matchup tonight as the Pirates are posting the third-worst K rate vs. right-handers over the previous two weeks with a rate of 27.1%. Thompson has hit this total in four of his previous six starts, including a seven-strikeout performance against these Pirates on June 22nd.
Aaron Nola over 7.0 strikeouts - Nola will be facing the Braves in this one and they have posted the fourth-highest K rate vs. righties over the previous two weeks with a rate of 25.7% while also posting just a 6.2% walk rate. Nola has faced the Braves twice this season and has gone over this prop in both starts, totaling 18 strikeouts over 15 1/3 innings pitched. He has also matched or eclipsed this total in five of his previous six starts.
Spencer Strider over 7.5 strikeouts - This could be a bit dicey, but Strider has gone over this in three of his previous four starts and had a tough matchup in terms of strikeouts against the Washington Nationals in his most recent start. Tonight, he gets the Phillies who are posting the fifth-highest K rate vs. righties over the previous two weeks with a rate of 25.6%. They are also posting just a 6.2% walk rate and a 78 wRC+ mark over that same span.
Shane McClanahan over 7.5 strikeouts - Shane has been scorching hot this season and is currently a Cy Young favorite in the American League. He has eclipsed this prop total in four of his previous five starts and in six of his previous eight starts. He will be facing a tough Orioles team, but they have struggled against southpaws recently as they are posting the sixth-highest K rate over the previous two weeks with a rate of 26.2%. They are also walking at a clip of just 6.6% and posting a wRC+ mark of 80 over that same span.
Other Recommendations - Carlos Rodon under 7.5 strikeouts, Tyler Gilbert under 3.5 strikeouts
