Zay Flowers Decent In Blowout Win
1 year agoBaltimore Ravens receiver Zay Flowers had his worst fantasy performance of his young career in Sunday's 28-3 win over the Browns, scoring around eight points in some league formats. Despite injuries to Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) and Rashod Bateman (hamstring), Flowers couldn't capitalize on the opportunity and played second fiddle to the veteran tight end Mark Andrews. He finished with three receptions for 56 yards, with almost all of his production coming on a 43-yard connection before halftime. The game script didn't favor him, as the Ravens weren't in many passing situations in the second half due to their substantial lead. Looking ahead to next week, Flowers faces the Steelers, who recently allowed 300 yards in the air to the Houston Texans. Flowers remains a viable flex play and the most dynamic player in the Ravens' receivers room.
