The 23-year-old was able to return to practice on Monday and is all systems go for Saturday's second preseason contest. Moss had offseason ankle surgery and is competing with Devin Singletary and Matt Breida for the Bills starting running back gig. The 2020 third-rounder rushed for 481 yards and four touchdowns while hauling in 94 receiving yards and one touchdown over 13 games in 2020.
