Zach LaVine Scores Game-High 26 Points In Losing Effort
5 years agoChicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine scored a game-high 26 points on Thursday, but it wasn't enough in a 102-98 loss to Utah. He shot just 9-for-26 from the field, but it was a scrappy game all around so LaVine still managed to finish the game with a team-high plus-11 rating. He completed his line with five assists, four rebounds, one steal, and one block. LaVine averaged 25 points in December, but he finished the month with a pair of 19-point outings as his efficiency started to drop. Picking it up in the next matchup won't be easy either when the Bulls host Boston on Saturday. The Celtics are a top-tier defensive team and they have limited opponents to just 43.7 percent shooting this season.
