Zach LaVine Scores Game-High 25 Points Versus Knicks
3 years agoChicago Bulls shooting guard Zach LaVine racked up a game-high 25 points on 7-for-17 shooting in Thursday's 104-103 loss to the Knicks, hitting twice from downtown with six attempts and going a perfect 9-for-9 at the line. LaVine also picked up six rebounds and three assists with one block and three turnovers in 35 minutes. His efficiency could've been better, but it wasn't bad either for a guy who's playing with a torn ligament in his left thumb. LaVine is averaging 25 points a game early in the year with 48 percent shooting and has been nailing treys with a 42 percent clip. His form will get a stern test next against Utah on Saturday. The Jazz boast one of the most efficient defenses in the league, they play at a low pace and defend the three-point line very well with only 8.5 treys allowed per game.
