Zach LaVine Expected To Remain A Bull
2 years agoChicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine is planning to re-sign with the team this summer. K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports that LaVine has informed his people of these intentions. Johnson writes that LaVine and the Bulls plan to "quickly work on a five-year max contract worth roughly $215 million." LaVine's contract came to an end after the 2021-22 season, but it sounds like he won't be testing the free agency market. He's been a cornerstone of the Bulls' franchise for multiple years now. Last year, he averaged 24.4 points, 4.5 assists and 2.8 three-pointers per game while helping lead the Bulls to their first playoff appearance in five years.
