Zach LaVine Drops 24 Points, Dishes Out Seven Assists
4 years agoChicago Bulls shooting guard Zach LaVine topped 20 points for the seventh consecutive game on Wednesday night against the New York Knicks. He shot 10-for-21 from the field and a perfect 4-for-4 from the line on the way to a team-high 24 points. Unfortunately, he went 0-for-7 from three in the game, which was particularly disappointing given the fact that he'd shot 15-for-24 from downtown in his previous three games. LaVine had seven assists and five rebounds to help round out his line on Wednesday, but he wasn't able to add any defensive stats. Next up for LaVine and the Bulls is a matchup against the Orlando Magic on Friday. The Magic have allowed opponents to shoot 47.4% from the field this year, one of the highest rates in the league, so hopefully LaVine will find his three-point stroke again.
