1 year agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Yu Darvish (illness) is not starting on Sunday vs. the Cincinnati Reds. Darvish was scratched from his original start earlier this week against the Pirate before tentatively being lined up to start Friday against the Reds. Neither of those turns materialized and now he's not starting Sunday either as Adrian Morejon gets the nod against Cincinnati. There's a chance the Padres could just shut Darvish down with the All-Star break around the corner so fantasy managers should stick with their contingency plan. The Padres kick off a three-game series at home against the Angels, which starts on Monday, followed by a three-game series against the Mets at home.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
