Yasiel Puig Does A Little Of Everything Saturday
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig showed why he can be one of the most exciting players in baseball in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Rockies. Puig went 2-for-4 with a single, a solo home run (the 100th of his career), and a stolen base. He also started a double play by tracking down a ball in right field and doubling off Gerardo Parra at first base. The 27-year-old has been hot since the All-Star break, batting .308 with four HR, nine RBI, and two stolen bases in 44 plate appearances. Puig can be a dangerous fantasy option when he gets things going and fantasy owners should take advantage of his performance of late.
