Yankees Seeking Second Opinion On Corey Kluber's Shoulder
3 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Corey Kluber (shoulder) had a dye-contrast MRI performed in the hopes of getting a second opinion on his shoulder injury. Kluber was diagnosed with a right shoulder strain last week and won't be able to throw for four weeks, though the Yankees- likely thinking of last season's season-ending shoulder injury- want to rule out anything potentially more serious. Hopefully, Kluber can rediscover his recent form, as he was starting to look like the Kluber of old before the injury. The Yankees will likely go with some combination of Michael King and Deivi Garcia in the rotation, along with Luis Severino (elbow).
