3 years agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Yandy Diaz (shoulder) is out of the lineup for the second straight game on Tuesday as the team takes on Pablo Lopez and the Miami Marlins. However, Rays manager Kevin Cash stated on Tuesday that Diaz will be available off the bench for the game and that he will likely be back in the starting lineup on Wednesday. Diaz exited Saturday's game with a left shoulder strain and he hasn't played since. The 30-year-old has been swinging the bat well this year with a .282/.400/.385 slash line to go along with three home runs, 10 RBI and 18 runs over 35 games.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
