Yan Gomes Homers Twice Sunday in Atlanta
5 years agoWashington Nationals catcher Yan Gomes had his first multi-home run performance since 2017 on Sunday, as he went 2-for-5 with a pair of solo home runs against the Braves. Gomes has been heating up at the plate when he gets playing time, hitting .316 with three home runs and seven RBI over his last 10 games. He doesn't have enough value to be owned in weekly leagues, but he could provide very good value at a low price in daily leagues when he is in the starting lineup.
