2 years agoIn a main event that saw Song Yadong in it until the final frame of action, his Saturday night was cut short after the fourth round by a doctor who called for the stoppage due to a massive cut that Yadong sustained at the hands of Cory Sandhagen. In four rounds of action, Yadong tallied 54 significant strikes (40 less than Sandhagen), but he had the same number of total strikes (130). The loss moves Yadong to 8-2-1 in the UFC, but he should still be viewed as a viable title contender in the future.--Matt Bricker
