3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina announced on Wednesday that 2022 will be his final season in the MLB. The news comes one day after he signed a one-year, $10 million extension with the Cardinals. Molina has had an historic run with the Cardinals, dating back to his rookie year with the team back in 2004. He's continued to produce both offensively and defensively for the team over the years. Now 39 years old, Molina is still putting together a decent offensive season. He's slashed .259/.304/.375 with eight home runs, 51 RBI and 31 runs over 95 games this year.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
