5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina (thumb) doesn't have a timetable for a return after going on the injured list on Friday with a thumb strain, but no surgery is needed. Manager Mike Shildt said it will "just depend on how it heals." While it's good news, just know that Molina will likely be out longer than the 10 days. He was hitting .265/.294/.397 with four homers, 18 runs, 33 RBI and four steals before his injury.
