3 months agoTampa Bay Rays first base prospect Xavier Isaac is being promoted to Double-A Montgomery, according to MiLB.com. Isaac is considered the 31st-best overall prospect in the sport and third-best in the Tampa Bay pipeline on MLB.com. Isaac posted a stellar .288/.380/.537 line with 15 home runs, 61 RBI, and 14 stolen bases through 70 games at High-A. Last year at Single-A, the former first-round selection held a .266/.380/.462 line. This is a great sign, as Isaac will now debut in the upper levels of the minor leagues before his 21st birthday. The infielder should be rostered in all dynasty and keeper formats and could even push for his MLB debut as soon as next summer if he continues this current pace.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
