Xander Schauffele (OWGR No. 9) had a great ball-striking performance at the Valspar Championship last week, on his way to a T12 finish. The 28-year-old has been playing some of the most consistent golf in the world but still does not win as much as most gamers expect him to. The American ranks 17th on tour in strokes gained tee-to-green but just 70th in strokes gained putting. Schauffele will need to get his putter working a little better this week if he hopes to have success at Austin Country Club. He has yet to advance out of pool play in three attempts at the WGC Match Play event in Austin.--Greg Berning - RotoBaller
