X-Rays Negative On Chris Taylor's Foot
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Chris Taylor (foot) underwent X-rays after leaving Saturday's game against the San Diego Padres with a foot injury. The X-rays fortunately came back negative. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts stated that Taylor's foot is currently sore and that he will be held out of action for Sunday's series finale. Mookie Betts (ribs) will be activated from the injured list prior to Sunday's game and he will play in right field. Taylor should be considered day-to-day for now. The 31-year-old has appeared in 73 games this year and he's slashed .239/.318/.410 with six home runs, six stolen bases, 27 RBI and 31 runs.
