X-Rays Come Back Negative For Ramon Laureano
2 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano (hand) underwent x-rays on his right hand, which turned out negative. He exited Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Angels early after getting hit in the right hand was hit by a pitch in the top of the second inning. According to manager Mark Kotsay, Laureano is day-to-day. With his x-rays negative, Laureano should return to the lineup soon. The 27-year-old has struggled since returning from suspension on May 8th. He's slashing .167/.310/..250 with an RBI, seven runs, and two stolen bases over 58 plate appearances. Despite his struggles, fantasy managers should continue to stash Laureano with power/speed upside.
