Wyndham Clark To Keep Things Going At TPC Southwind
3 months agoIf it weren't for a bad opening round for Wyndham Clark, he could have made a run at the podium after going 68-65-65 over the final three rounds to notch a top-15 finish at the Olympics. Aside from the missed cut at the Open Championship, the former U.S. Open Champion has been on a solid run of form; mostly thanks to averaging +1.007 strokes gained putting over his last four starts. Ball striking is his biggest question mark, especially off the tee, as finding fairways is a premium at TPC Southwind. And while he ranks 23rd on the season in strokes gained off the tee (+0.387), his driving accuracy is well outside the top 150. At $9,200 on FanDuel, Clark is a decent ownership play and worth a roster spot in certain lineups.
