Wyndham Clark Could Atone For Misses Of Weekend's Past
2 years agoWyndham Clark has played well enough to win the last two tournaments on the PGA Tour. However, the American golfer has faltered on Saturday and Sunday due to missed putts and errant shots on back-nines. Though he has gained 0.23 strokes putting on the Fall wraparound, that number is likely closer to one if the back-nines are thrown out. That is not how it works in golf, however. Off the tee, Clark can drive the ball almost 320 yards on average and ranks 14th on tour there. This could set him up for easy second shots especially on the simpler Seaside course. Clark has a chance to atone for past misgivings.
