Wilson Ramos Homers Versus Oakland Tuesday
6 years agoTampa Bay Rays catcher Wilson Ramos hit the third of the back-to-back-to-back home runs by the Rays in the third inning Tuesday versus the Athletics. He now has seven home runs and 26 RBI to go with a very fantasy friendly .308 batting average. His 2015 season was a success, as he hit 22 HRs with 80 runs batted in and a .307 batting average over 131 games played. He has never been a major source of runs scored, but if he can stay healthy, he has the upside of a starter in most fantasy leagues. If you have the bench space, the smart play is to pair Ramos with a steady catcher.
