Wilson Ramos Can't Save Fading Phillies
6 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies catcher Wilson Ramos, who starred in his first game with the club, once again played a prominent role in the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader. The American League All-Star knocked in two of his club's six runs against the Washington Nationals, recording three hits after sitting out the first game of the day. Batting from the third spot in the order, his three hits led the team, as he continues to tear it up with his new club. Since arriving in Philadelphia, Ramos is hitting .404, but he just can't seem to influence his team as they've lost eight of their 10 games this month.
