6 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies catcher Wilson Ramos (hamstring) has updated his own injury, saying that he is "100 percent sure" that he returns and makes his Phillies debut sometime in August. The Phillies acquired Ramos via trade from the Tampa Bay Rays, and he's been one of the better offensive backstops this season, hitting .297 with 14 home runs and 53 RBI. He is expected to platoon with Jorge Alfaro, but he presents a significant offensive upgrade for a contending team.--Mauricio Castillo
