Willy Adames Triples In Loss
9 months agoMilwaukee Brewers shortstop Willy Adames went 1-for-3 in Tuesday's Cactus League loss versus the San Francisco Giants. His lone hit was a triple and he also knocked in one run. Adames was a name that was and is rumored to be available as he has an expiring contract after this season. The 28 year-old had an odd 2023 campaign with a weak .217 batting average, but serviceable in the power department with 24 homers and 80 RBI. Adames is a career .251 hitter, so his batting average should improve from last season to go along with his power numbers. He makes for an intriguing late-round, bounce back candidate with an ADP of 189 heading into the season.
