8 months agoWilliam Byron finished seventh in Sunday's Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway. While Sunday did mark Byron's fourth top-10 finish of the season, the race was rather uneventful for the Hendrick Motorsports star. After starting 13th, Byron spent 80.8% of the race in the top 15, ultimately ending the day +6 in place differential. Although the 26-year-old did not end up leading any laps during the race, he did record four fastest laps, an important scoring category for DFS. Between his finish, his place differential, and fastest laps, Byron scored 44.80 DraftKings points for the 10.54% that rostered him, falling below the expected value on his $10,500 salary.
