4 years agoDetroit Tigers shortstop Willi Castro fueled the offense in the team's 6-1 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday. Batting out of the three-spot in the lineup, Castro went 2-for-2 with a home run, a double and three RBI. It was his second home run of spring training already. Castro is coming off a strong 2020 season in which he slashed .349/.381/.550 with six home runs, 24 RBI and 21 runs in 36 games. He's slated to be the Tigers primary shortstop this year and should have a prime position in the Tigers batting lineup.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
