2 years agoThere are some interesting storylines between Will Zalatoris and this week's Arnold Palmer Invitational. Zalatoris played his college golf at Wake Forest on the Arnold Palmer Scholarship and holds a deep reverence for his fellow Wake alum. The young phenom has a game perfectly suited to handle the difficult conditions expected at Bay Hill this week. He grades out fourth among API entrants in strokes gained ball striking over his last 50 rounds. "Willie Z" also heads to Orlando off his best outing of 2023, a T4 at the Genesis Invitational two weeks ago.
