Will Barton Gets Loose in OKC
Will Barton was a busy man on Friday, scoring 18 points on the Thunder, shooting 7-for-15 from the field, netting one make from deep in the win. Barton didn't do anything on defense, but managed to account for seven rebounds and five assists in his 40 minutes. Will The Thrill is solid Sixth Man of the Year candidate and is always a good bet to get you some production off the bench. Expect him to have some extra punch on Sunday, with Gary Harris (knee) still on the shelf.

Will Barton Unavailable On Wednesday
Will Barton (illness) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. The veteran forward is dealing with a non-COVID related illness, so he'll sit this game out. Barton didn't have a huge role in the rotation anyway, but Gary Trent Jr. should see a slight bump in value with Barton sidelined. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore Barton because he normally doesn't play much when healthy anyway.

Will Barton Listed Out On Friday
Will Barton (back) won't take the court Friday against Sacramento. The veteran is listed as out with lower back soreness. Barton had a pair of really nice outings only last week, but the team is starting to get healthy and his minutes have taken a big dip in the most recent games. There will be another returnee in Delon Wright (hamstring) on Friday. With Deni Avdija (back) also ruled out for the game, Corey Kispert looks set to play a big part in the contest.

Will Barton Scores 22 Points Off Of The Bench
Will Barton contributed in a big way to the offense on Wednesday night. The tenth-year guard ended the game with 22 points, nine assists, two rebounds, and one steal as the Wizards dropped this contest against the Denver Nuggets. Barton has been quite inconsistent but serves as a quality spot-start candidate across all deeper fantasy leagues. He also can be a good plug-and-play choice for certain matchups in DFS.

Will Barton Remains Out Saturday
Will Barton (foot) is forced to sit out a second consecutive game Saturday versus the Clippers. The veteran is nursing a sore left foot. With a number of other key rotational players also unavailable for the game, Jordan Goodwill should fill a major role, and the likes of Deni Avdija and Corey Kispert will be asked to eat up as many minutes as they can. Goodwill posted a career-high 19 points with four rebounds, three assists and five steals in 34 minutes off the bench Friday against Indiana, and he should be set for another big performance Saturday.
