Wil Myers Should be Back in Lineup After DL Stint
7 years agoAccording to MLB.com beat writer AJ Cassavell, San Diego Padres outfielder Wil Myers (triceps) should be back in the Padres lineup as soon as he completes his stint on the disabled list. Cassavell reports that Myers will be "down 5-6 days from swinging and throwing, then expects to return after his 10 days are up." This is good news for Myers owners, who will look forward to his return to action where he can build off his 3-for-12 start to the season. In his absence, Hunter Renfroe and Corey Spangenberg should split time at a corner outfield spot.
