6 months agoAlex Bowman will start 14th in Sunday's Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway. After missing the playoffs in 2023, Bowman looks well on his way to a postseason berth in 2024, as he currently has nine top-10 finishes (tied for the most in the series) and sits eighth in the NASCAR standings. Despite the great season he is having, and although he currently has a streak of five consecutive top-10 finishes ongoing, we need to temper our expectations for the Hendrick Motor Sports star this weekend at the track formerly known as Gateway. In his two previous starts at this venue, the 31-year-old has been underwhelming, averaging 19.5 for his finish and just 25 DraftKings points. Given that he has yet to prove himself on this track, and considering there are more appealing options in the same price range he is listed at on DraftKings ($8,000), it is recommended that you limit your exposure (max 5%) to the No. 48 in DFS this weekend.--Adam Erhardt - RotoBaller
