Wendell Carter Jr. Records Double-Double With Full Line
4 years agoChicago Bulls center Wendell Carter Jr. had a very productive outing in a 133-126 overtime win over the Timberwolves. Carter delivered a 17-10 line for his second straight double-double, adding two assists, two steals, two blocks, and a triple in 32 minutes. The 21-year-old has generally been playing well this season- though he's been pretty special in the last two games. Carter has averaged 17.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, and 2.0 steals per game while shooting 63.6 percent from the field in his last two contests, both Bulls' wins. He'll get a tough test on Friday against Deandre Ayton and the Suns. Ayton ranks fourth in the NBA with 11.9 rebounds per game this year.
