3 years agoWebb Simpson returned from a two-month absence from a back injury last week at the Players Championship. Although Webb missed the cut, we think it is pretty telling that he is playing in back-to-back weeks this week at the Valspar Championship. If Webb was still not 100%, it would be a great week to skip, considering the Masters is less than a month away. In Simpson's five appearances at this event, he has three missed cuts and one top-10 performance. Even with his recent injury and lack of great form at this event, he could be a good value play at the Valspar.
