Wayne Ellington, Reggie Jackson Combine For 48 Points
6 years agoDetroit Pistons shooting guard Wayne Ellington and point guard Reggie Jackson both produced high-scoring games in Monday's loss to Indiana, combining for 48 points. Ellington, who had four triples and shot 10-for-19 overall from the field, had a game-high 26 points and Jackson recorded 22 points on 8-for-19 shooting, adding six rebounds and four assists. He did, however, also commit six turnovers, which was a big disappointment after he gave away the ball just four times in the previous four games. Ellington and Jackson have both had their moment in recent games, as the offensive load has been spread out more with Blake Griffin (knee) on the shelf. Jackson will be gunning for his third consecutive 20-plus point outing on Wednesday when the Pistons will be out for revenge against Indiana on home court.
