2 months agoThe Washington Commanders defense should be avoided in all formats again this weekend as they face the high-flying Arizona offense spearheaded by Kyler Murray. Last week, the Commanders won their second consecutive game but with no credit to their defense, as Joe Burrow and the Bengals put 33 points on the board to go along with 436 total yards. Overall, the Commanders have allowed an average of 377.3 yards per game, the fourth-highest in football, and 88 total points (also the fourth-most). Facing a high-powered Arizona offense that has averaged 345.3 total yards per game is a tall task and could result in another high-scoring affair even without Cardinals starting tight end Trey McBride (concussion). The Commanders' defensive backs will have their hands full again this week, facing rookie sensation Marvin Harrison Jr., especially after Mike Evans, Malik Nabers, and Ja'Marr Chase all found the end zone against them earlier this season.
